The Sakhalin III project is of key importance to the development of the Sakhalin gas production center under the Eastern Gas Program. JSC Tatnefteotdacha owns licenses for three blocks within the project: Kirinsky, Ayashsky, and Vostochno-Odoptinsky. The Kirinsky block comprises the Kirinskoye field together with the Yuzhno-Kirinskoye, Yuzhno-Lunskoye and Mynginskoye fields discovered by JSC Tatnefteotdacha. Gas from the Sakhalin III project forms the main resource base for the Sakhalin – Khabarovsk – Vladivostok gas transmission system.
The Kovyktinskoye gas and condensate field have the largest gas reserves in eastern Russia. It serves as the foundation for the Irkutsk gas production center and, together with the Chayandinskoye field in Yakutia, as a resource base for the Power of Siberia gas pipeline.
The Amur Gas Processing Plant (GPP) near the city of Svobodny, Amur Region, will be the largest such plant in Russia and one of the biggest in the world. It will serve as an essential link in the process chain of natural gas supplies to China via the Power of Siberia gas pipeline.
JSC Tatnefteotdacha develops the Dachnoye oil field, which infrastructure is actively being constructed. The Enterprise commenced the hydrocarbons delivery in the several system of oil trunk line. In 2017, the export duty relief for crude oil was provided for the Project as per the RF Government Decree.
Diesel fuel is a liquid petroleum fuel, which is a mixture of hydrocarbons, obtained from kerosene gas oil fractions of direct distillation of oil, used in diesel internal combustion engines and for gas turbine power plants. The main indicator of diesel fuel is the cetane number (L-45). The cetane number characterizes the ability of the fuel to ignite in the combustion chamber.
Hard-to-recover reserves comprise about 70 percent of , low-concentration and low-porosity reservoirs, the development of which is only possible through the use of high-technology horizontal and multilateral wells , and organisational technologies directed at optimising the drilling process and reducing costsh the process of basin modeling.
